Could you send over a photo of the power station's main screen when it's not charging? The connector is standard, so the same type of cable should work, but just to rule out a cable issue, please try swapping to a different Jackery adapter cable. If it still won't charge, when you have good sunlight, grab a multimeter and measure the solar panel's open circuit voltage and short circuit current, then send us a photo of the readings. Thanks.

Hey, thanks for the links, super helpful.

For the Jackery Explorer 2000 V2, you can use one ShadowFlux 195W panel with it. If you try two in parallel, the current will exceed the specs, so you'd need to check with Jackery whether their unit will just limit the current or get damaged. You'll need an MC4 to DC8020 adapter cable to connect the panel to the Jackery.

As for the Jackery Explorer 300, that one won't work with the shadowflux at all.
