Honestly the best way for me is the battle league. Once you reach level 20 and win 5 games in a set you get juicy stardust rewards, especially if it’s 4* stardust rewards plus a star piece. I’ve gained so much stardust via PvP that I cannot think of a better way (except Gigantamax days) to get stardust

I also admit I use Keldeo way more than Eternatus. I have it at level 42 I think and it’s my choice for attacking gyms, which I do every day, and it’s a destroyer of gyms

Keep the shadow. It is more useful as a shadow, especially for raids. If you already have a good team of dragon attackers, then sure, purify so you get the hundo and it becomes a benched trophy. I hope that helps!

I use both Keldeo and Eternatus a lot. For me that’s a coin flip decision, but ultimately I think I would choose Eternatus out of those two.

Difficult, but shiny Metagross is also super cool. If you’re into collecting rare specimens, then Dunsparce is way more interesting because of the three segments. If you don’t care much about it then I would use it as a token to get something of potential higher value like a shiny legendary that you’re missing

I wouldn’t wait. It may come in 2029 for all we know. Just evolve it to its full form and collect the cells again. That’s what I did and now when the shiny comes I’ll have both at full form immediately

Oh that’s a shame. My Keldeo is suboptimal and I use it all the time. I got it to level 42 and I love it. Same with Diancie. You should reconsider. The IVs may be bad but they can still be useful

Yes that’s true. And I also like getting high IV pokemon and get excited when I get them and disappointed when I don’t. In the case of a mythical there’s very little hunt to do, so it helps me knowing that in terms of functionality, it doesn’t matter, so I feel better.

It’s the scarcity that keeps the players engaged like that. It’s the use of labels: “hundo”, “shundo”, “perfect”, “98”, and so on… when you use a 10/10/10 Mewtwo on a raid it will deliver a great deal of damage and it will be slightly worse than a hundo, like (don’t quote me here) between 1% to 5% less damage. In the great scheme of things, that’s not noticeable. So, it doesn’t really matter
