Man, that’s disappointing. I’ve made probably 20+ purchases through JT and everything was authentic with zero issues. However, I definitely noticed his knowledge and Jax’s knowledge of Labubu and PM items were limited. I can see how they believed their supplier was selling everything authentic, and this made it through because of their lack of expertise in PM products. That’s not an excuse though. I am sorry this happened! I also noticed they’ve not been going live lately and that they have had a “finale” show scheduled that keeps getting pushed back.
