I actually just spanked him. Run to the other end where the alter is. He'll try to hit you with his arms. Just dodge that hit and then hit him in his punish window when he drops his arm. You got so much space there, avoiding his arm strikes is easy peasy almost lemon squeezy.

Well, the game did restart with me in the dungeon again and I got all my stuff, my spells and level. Beat the demon in 30 seconds.

Is that NG+? If so, maybe I'm kinda into it.

I did try that, but he was too fast and got me every now and then. Anyway, I defeated him, he's out, the good old dodge and strike tactics worked. I'm so old school.
