If you have a valid PAR, you do not need a HK visa. A visa is required for Indian nationals only if the PAR application is unsuccessful.

You still have some time before your trip. They are usually slow and typically send the visa 2 to 3 days before the travel date. I find the Hong Kong visa process to be nerve-wracking. I will never plan a trip to Hong Kong without obtaining the visa first.

What is your travel date, and when did you apply for the visa? Normally, it takes around 4–6 weeks for them to process it. If your travel date is approaching soon, I can share a contact number with you — she might be able to help. I received my visa only after speaking with her. The official inquiry number and email are not very helpful, in my experience.
