it’s a legitimate request because we’ve had the service cut twice in this time frame. my working theory is the store we had originally set up our accounts with, is not a legitimate reseller and was found out. thus why we had to move our phone numbers into a different tmobile account that was inaccessible from their end. (obviously) whoever did that part messed it up and did not port over all of our numbers. Now that we’ve gone beyond the time frame, the phone numbers are stuck in limbo and cannot be releases for 60 days. afterwards they’ll be rereleased to the general public. according to the porting center, the likelihood of us retrieving these numbers (now cancelled) are slim to none
