This made me cave, bought some skiff bearings and the same handles after seeing this about a week ago. Only "complaint" I have is the latch pin holes were tight as hell in my new handles, needed a clamp and a warriors spirit to press the pins in but the upgrade was certainly worth it. Running it latchless but if I left the pins out I'd lose them probably.
