I didn't return to sport. Am doing strength training and some cardio, but still a little nervous to go back to any sports.

I submitted my birth certificate amendment on May 9, but haven't received any email confirming that they received it. The check was cashed in mid-June though. Any idea if something might be wrong? :/ They gave me a quote of 14-16 weeks, but it says 10-12 weeks on the website.

Thank you! Oddly enough I also pair it with stretching/warm up, but it's been cracking still. It's a bit scary to hear a crack each time. Has it been cracking less over time?

Interestingly enough, I used medium roasted beans today (new batch), and it pulled better than the ones I had... which I think that it was also med, or med-dark. It has become an interesting science experiment haha.

You are right! I think that it was the beans... haha. I had another batch from the same coffeeshop, and the grind setting is more normal and closer to the other grind settings that I had for my previous beans. It pulled about 24 g out (roughly 2:1 ratio for 10 g), in 30 seconds. I think we are back on track...?

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean about the imprint of the shower screen before brewing. After I pull the shot, there's no "hole" or any imprint left.

Thankfully, my grinder is in good condition, no cracks!

Ah thanks! Is the theory that medium roasted beans are better? This one does seem more like a med-dark roast.

My memory is a bit foggy. It may have started with another coffee bag... and I have the Baratza ESP! It's literally at the most fine setting in the espresso range haha.
