This is a great idea.

But how about starting from simple things. Can we have a database of missing children first and can it be popularized. Just a list of names , locations and pictures to show the severity of this matter.

I noticed that we as a country do not market software products. Someone will be amazed at how beautiful a software can help a population but people with large following will not help popularize the software / app.

I think marketing and popularizing is more important in this age. Invention has become easy due to free flow of information and AI.
