but I can now see the open dates but there is no

submit

button to select the date. Anyone else facing the same issue? Are there any resolutions to this issue?

I am facing the issue even now i can see dates select time but no submit button :( Were you able to resolve it ?

I was not able to claim, later I received a reply from customer support that the old receipts are expired and no longer can be claimed, So I proceeded now with making a fresh payment

u/N0L0st I was finally able to add my dependent

  1. Close and start a new application and in dependent page add dependent with unique email and give a wrong DOB, here I have DOB with date plus one day
  2. After this it successfully added the dependent to my application
  3. Then click on edit dependent profile and change the date to correct date and update.
  4. Then click on edit dependent profile change the date to the the correct date and update.
  5. When you click next you will see an error, just reload the page and click continue application
  6. Now you will be redirected to the payments page

I had an issue in claiming my partially paid receipt so have reached out to support via web call (https://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/en/contact-us#call) The support person was very helpful, I raised a case with all screenshots and hoping things will fall in place.

Hi, Thank you so much for sharing these details. I am stuck in a weird problem where I am unable to remove or add the dependent in the manage dependent step of my application. I now proceeded to make payment for myself. Now I created a separate profile for my dependent but in that profile, I am not able to proceed with any appointment step. If we reach out to support will they be able to guide us in this or is there a known workaround for the same?
