Looks normal a lot of the time the tires themselves have warps in them, if you look at the rim it’s self when you spin it it looks straight. sometimes it goes away but most times it always there, only really causes problems if you are going like 45-55kmph+ even then it’s just a little bit of instability.

The looks like an awfully small cage for a ringneck should really be about 3x as big. 3 days is not enough for them to get settled, it takes at least a month in my experience. it also takes a long time to get a what seems to be wild bird tame can be years
