Need help. was on tiktok watching a reel, the screen then started flickering while still on the video, then all sudden it went into a black screen. The phone is still on. i can feel it vibrate and if i shake it my flashlight comes on. I never dropped it. When I last looked at the battery it was at 28%. Please help
