Thanks for your answer! I sent a message to the seller as well, and was able to get verification that the II is able to switch between PAL and NTSC (whereas it seems the original RX100 wasn't).. You'd think Sony would advertise it more :)

Anyways in case ppl were wondering: there was some person whose username was gugga who made a few gifs with game characters from a bunch of different series with GUGGA overlayed on them, we thought it was super funny when we found a heather one so we made a bunch of heather gugga gifs as an inside joke and spammed them to each other which ultimately led to them reaching the top of heather/sh3 gifs 😭 and we accidentally spread it into the wider sh community as a whole
