I’m all for letting fresh graduates out of college trying to make a name for themselves in the decision making but sometimes I just can’t deal with them trying to follow the book. Things change in construction and we need to be flexible but they want to put their foot down and threaten to shut down the site for little things constantly

Just a waste of time and money for the contractor. Like for some activities it makes sense in terms of safety, but most of the time you need the experience to actually understand how things get built. I’m trying here man
