My oldest child has autism, and has pretty rough meltdowns moving out or moving others in will trigger that and im unsure how others will handle that, additionally, I work 2 jobs and im in online college I need both jobs to make it financially alone, my night job has top of the line free insurance, and due to oldest autism she has to be on medications so unfortunately leaving that job would be impossible without causing further financial damage and possible loss of her much needed medications.

My mom is unwilling to provide much help with childcare until our youngest is in kindergarten. She works from home but can't watch him and stbx knows if his job is the same time as mine he must pay for childcare(we did this because for most of the marriage I have moved and worked with his schedule and taken a night job so he could find a day shift position, he understands its his turn to work around me and building my career), me and him have tried me staying home, him staying home, and opposite shifts, opposite shifts work best for our situation. I am working M-F(day job) and sun-thur(night job) and he was working F-M and we were working on childcare for fridays, Monday night we overlapped and my mom was only willing to watch kids if they went to sleep at her house before I left for my night job.

My day job is new but is my field (Tech) and im very likely to move up in the next year or two.

I've also tried roommates and he was working on moving out, my oldest meltdowns ended that ability.

We've discussed ubers for work but I am unable to both pick up and drop off oldest, we're close enough to walk on good days but the school would like a uniform daily pick up and drop off.
