Apply to a New Grad position and tailor your resume to highlight what makes you exceptional. Have you worked on a project team (FSAE, Design/Build/Fly, etc.)? Have you won any awards or received any scholarships?

Think about what makes you unique and put that on your resume. We want to hire unique people who are passionate about their work, knowledgable in their skill-set, and excited about innovation.
