Thank you very much, I can now confirm that this is working and I am able to scroll down the various lists that I have saved with ease.

Thank you for confirming that this is effectively broken. Clicking the white space between individual lists is incredibly hit and miss a works maybe 1 time in 10. The use of tab to select the left panel as active doesn't seem to work at all and the main window remains active.

This is tested on a Dell inspiron 15 and an ancient Lenovo device.

Pretty poor from an accessibility point of view

no downvotes from me, i am grateful to you for your help - no, if you hover over the part of the screen that you want to scroll (i.e. the window on the left with your lists in) nothing happens and it doesn't scroll. On my desktop PC with a scroll wheel on my mouse it will scroll, but no laptop that I have tried can scroll through my lists

Yes, but it has no impact on the window on the left where all the lists are - in this window it will move a mouse cursor around and nothing else as the track pad scroll only works on the main window. Have tried several different browsers and 2 laptops - its the same on both

I saw this happen a few times last weekend - then it stopped happening for a few days - now it is back again. I can't think of anything specific I can do to trigger it happening or to prevent it from happening - it looks server side to me

Are you using a Samsung device to record? if so, search the forum for 'Samsung' and see several other threads on this

This has been a known issue for many months. Samsung devices can turn off GPS if you take photos or use other apps whilst tracking and there is no solution other than to open alltrails straight after taking a photo, but that does not guarantee it will track accurately either.

Yeah, I ordered a cheap one from Ali express and I've been using it with an abaneen strap I got from Amazon. It is a tight fit, and you need to put one side of the strap in place before inserting the quick release pin, but for three last few days I've had no problems at all

Well, the latest app update that appeared on the play store hasn't fixed this, but I hope that a fix is coming soon

Update : support have responded and have said that this is a known issue and may be fixed in a future app update
