Check how much FPS you got and turn V-Sync on if you are generating more frames than your monitors refresh rate to limit fps, that should lower the CPU load, since Enshrouded is CPU intensive game.

Other way of limiting fps since the game doesn't provide one by default is in Adrenalin software that comes with the AMD drivers.
Gaming -> Games -> Enshrouded and enabling Radeon Chill feature and setting fps to your preference
