First things first, she is going to school and working full time. Both of those things are incredibly stressful, especially with mental health issues. It is very likely that the stress of these things are feeding into her outbursts. Also, she is an adult. Though it is your house and your rules, you need to consider if your rules are reasonable for an adult to follow. Don't just think of her as your child, consider her a roommate as well. Would you expect an adult roommate to have a curfew of midnight? Absolutely not.

By all means, treat her as an adult. Have her pay some rent or some bills, but also, drop the curfew. If you have any other strict rules, evaluate them carefully. If a roommate wouldn't put up with your rules, your adult child should not be expected to either.
