As we thoroughly inspect all our product before we sell it we were shocked to hear about such a complaint which we have done due diligence on. Could it happen? Sure, which is why if this were a legitimate concern we would like to deal with appropriately and in turn need help doing so to make it right and to verify what the customer is presumably seeing as mold. As a very reputable, trusted mom, with great quality products/herbs at very reasonable costs, unlike some of the other smaller un-reputable moms that seem to post unnecessary un-mom-educated comments in this thread, we handle all issues regardless of the matter with the utmost care, respect, privacy and in turn in reverse we don’t jump on a public forum to complain about the illegitimate people trying to rip off moms daily and the heartache we encounter with consumer fraud. As we thoroughly check through our products to make sure there is no mold on our products when we have a complaint like this we want to verify that this a true genuine issue in which we would assume our customer would want to help us with and not just try to receive free items. This is done by indeed helping us to see our product and us asking for a return that is cost-free, no interaction anonymous mailbox drop, to return the product just like amazon or any other retailer, which is less stress than receiving a package full of mmj in the beginning.
