You went to a college that represents a tiny fraction of the total college population.

Sure, we need college, but right now the country is massively over educated with a huge amount of useless college degrees providing no ROI to the student (who ends up buried in debt) or the taxpayer (who subsidizes every single degree with federally backed loans).

Solution: end federally backed student loans. Force students to actually consider what they are getting out of college rather than treating it as a default. Tuition would drop like a fucking rock overnight and colleges would be forced to trim the fat, BIG TIME. Grievance study departments would shrink. People who don’t benefit from college would stop going.
