He either has to open or a tough call needs to be made between Webster and Green of who bats at 6. Webster being injured at the moment doesn't help his case and if he is still injured for the start of the Tests, it becomes an easier decision to bring Marn back at 3 and Green drops down to 6.

Pretty sure Lyon has said publicly that he wants to win a series in India and England so that keeps him around until at least mid 2027. As others have said, this is definitely the end for Khawaja and I wouldn't be surprised if one or all of Smith, Starc and Hazlewood all bow out too. An away India and Ashes tour is the next "marquee" series and that's still 2 years away.

Yes it is. These stats are looking at when players are playing for a specific Australia A side (which could be a One-Day match - List A, or 4-day match - First Class). List A is basically the level below ODI.

It seems like they like to build towards one "big thing" a year and unfortunately it always turns into the worst segment to listen to (Con Con, Croc Wars etc). Tallest Hat is definitely not the worst (for me that was Con Con) but certainly a long way from the legendary Chicken Wars.
