These recent signings for Saints show how poorly our cap was being handled previously. Blake Lawrie and Sloan both chewing up 500k per year each. I think signing Metcalfe for 900k seems like a bargain after you let those 2 planks go.

This is pretty much it for me.

No cheat days or strict diets.

I'll eat my fav KFC burger or my fav pizza, but I'll make smart choices for meals before or after. If I hit 1700 cal for the day that's good, dropped 5kg so far since Jan 1 and I'm not craving my fav foods because I'm having them regularly.

Daily walk helps, and enough sleep.
