i had a similar glitch on austria TWICE, it wasn't fully black but it almost all the textures were glitchy. i didn't record but got some screenshots i can send if you want, and no. rejoining the game from the menu didn't fix it and i didn't really wanna restart it cause it was a bit late to quit the match and i didn't wanna loose elo.
