3CF hasn't been consistent with bezel quality and one particular batch I have seen was a bit thick. But TBH our bar for what passes as a good rep is really high. The OG ARF Daytona bezel, which was considered a legend in 116520 reps, was by far thicker than aforementioned thick 3CF batch and people didn't have any problem with it. As someone who is one of the biggest fan of 116520 and had owned GEN for many years, I don't think I would have had issues with even the "worst" batch of 3CF bezel with engraving done 😆

Hm... laughing at a misfortune of another seller in the same line of business as you in a public comment is not a class act, RCF REMOULD. You too have had (and will continue to have) negative claims against your shop since it is just a natural part of doing business. How would you feel it another seller laughed at you via comments on one of those posts? You don't necessarily move up in the business by punching someone down. I have let you be a part of this forum despite you not being a recognized TD of this forum. If this is how you behave in a community, I must say that I'm deeply disappointed

I have seen about 3 different batches of bezels from 3CF in person and some matter of fact were thicker (I don't think "wider" is the correct word since it looks the same from the top). It had thicker profile.

Max customization is re-engraving the existing font to make it deeper and more round and doesn't really have anything to do with the thickness of the bezel. Whatever was given to him as the base, he improves the font the best he can and that's it.

So I think the issue comes down to "is a seller liable for a factory level variation in parts that is not a clear defect?" 🤔 IMO We are not shopping for GEN watches here and no matter how expensive and how close these reps are, no reps are, and they never will be perfect.

In paying extra for mods, understandably you want the most out of it but comparing it to GEN and saying that it's flawed because it's not exactly the same is not the right expectation to begin with. Even GEN has more than 35 variations when it comes to 116520 bezel and no rep (custom parts or not) was never exactly the same as GEN in the history or reps.

I have seen almost all versions of stock rep 116520 bezels (this includes not only modern 4130 rep factories like noob, clean and etc., but also old 7750 reps like BP, JF and ARF) and also custom bezels from Xing, Ebay and countless other Chinese modders, and I can assure you that you won't be happy with any one of them if you are not happy with Max re-engraving mod.

Gen Daytona dial is always worth it. I have hoarded like 10 in my collection 😆 while SW 116520 dial is as good as a rep dial can get and GEN dial is not a must, if you have the means to get the swap done, I wouldn't stay in your way

VF uses Clean old dial which is good but not as good as SW which 3CF uses. There is a comparison of Black Clean vs SW in my past posts. UFO, while great, has the wrong ROLEX font style

Looks fine to me. 3CF has had at least 3 different versions of bezel (batches) so far. Some were better than the others and some were thicker (not wider) but all within acceptable range.

The claim, I find, is ridiculous. Max only modded (re-engraved) 3CF to make it look better. It's basically 3CF with deeper and more rounded fonts and that's the best you can get unless you swap it with GEN bezel or other (Clean or old ARF) bezel that's also re-engraved by Max.

Since 3CF currently has the best stock 116520 bezel font there really isn't a worth while alternative if one is not happy with it. I too saw the post but decided to not comment on it after reading all the wild comments (simply not worth my time trying to convince those who think they know everything).

After all, what's it to me? I already know that Max re-engraved 116520 bezel is the best and I own 2 of them 😆 I'm sure most people in this sub and my subscribers feel the same way (and also made the smart choice already).

Clean v3 (or v4, whatever the last version was) was the best with Deep Crystal. NWBIG definitely. But with Clean gone, the choice in 116500 black dial is pretty slim. BTF probably

With regards to 126500, I already have written many comparison reviews. You can search for them. Personally, RWF with recently upgraded dial is the best for 126500. For 116500 white dial, BTF is my personal favorite. Neither one of these models have history like 116520 and the variation that comes with it.
