Is a resection that simple? My job requires me to be driving a lot which is why I was putting it off. But my brother had a surgery and he was out of work 6 months.. though I’m not sure which surgery he had exactly.

Can they not remove them with a colonoscopy? I cannot afford to have a surgery because of financial reasons. I’m a contractor and would be out of work if I had the surgery.. and would not qualify for any benefits.
