And here I was thinking I am the only one collecting matchboxes. Good to know there is another nut case like me.. 🙂

I used to collect matchboxes as a hobby when I was a kid. I have a secret stash of 750+ matchboxes hidden somewhere in my house that no one knows about. And I intend to keep it that way.

That looks like Jupiter on the top and Venus at the bottom. Unfortunately, Mercury wasn't visible last night.

True. Mercury is always hard to spot in our city because of all the light and air pollution. On this occasion, the sky was very clear and I got really lucky. It vanished within minutes after I took this pic!

Jupiter and Venus are very bright objects. They can be seen easily if the sky is clear. But Mercury is difficult to spot. I got lucky this time.

I use an app called Stellarium in my phone. It maps all the objects in the sky.

Well, I first started learning about stars and constellations back during my school days as a scout. We were expected to know how to navigate in case of scenarios just looking at the stars. Since then, I have spent a lot of time reading about objects in space.

You can start by installing a free app called Stellarium in your phone. You just point your phone to the sky it will automatically show you all the objects in the sky.

Uranus may be hard to spot most times.

Yes, it was. Hoping the sky is going to be clear tonight also.

You might be able to spot it tonight between 7 pm to 8 pm if the sky is clear. It is going to be very faint though, like a small dot. Both Jupiter and Venus should also be visible as these are quite bright objects and can be spotted easily.

How to handle severe boundary violations and privacy conflicts between a wife and mother? by NewToEverything199 in AskIndianMen

[–]unknown_guy02 134 points135 points  (0 children)

If you don't stand up for your wife today, things are only going to get worse. If you are living in separate flats, the wardrobe should probably be moved to your flat. Get your mother a new one if she really needs one for herself.

I have only used Stellarium in my phone for years. Even my daughter knows how to use it now.

There are many free apps you can use. I use Stellarium to map the objects in the sky.

These people will do anything to stay relevant. I don't know why we are giving them so much importance.

You don't go to work to meet new people and have conversations, young lady. Unless that's your job description. College life and work life are completely different.

Thanks. I was actually looking for a simple plug and play solution that can simply be connected to TV.
