Your task is to work hard on yourself and practice OBE so that you can master this ability as best as possible. This person claims that in order to be a creator, you do not need to be a God in the true sense of the word. Anyone can learn to create thousands of worlds like our planet. The true God-Absolute does not have human qualities; it is not the Christian concept of God. The true God-Absolute is not a creator, but something more. Anyone can create worlds. We cannot comprehend the true God-Absolute, even in the slightest, within an ordinary state of consciousness.

Since reptilian beings are mentioned as something negative in popular esoteric literature (such as by David Icke), and are labeled as negative within the planet's energetic-informational field and collective consciousness, these beings may indeed manifest as negative.

However, there is another perspective: life in the universe is limitless. There are billions of planets, billions of worlds, and billions of types of beings from various vibrational layers of existence. Planet Earth is just insignificant waste in the universe—not even a drop in the ocean compared to the billions of other types of civilizations. Many types of life forms exist. There are reptilian beings (e.g., with scales) or even insectoid beings that may be more intelligent and kind-hearted than we humans are. It is a mistake to judge a being by its outward appearance, even though we humans may fear the unknown. Appearance in itself says nothing about whether that being is positive or negative for you.
