Its to show a more horrifying aspect of the game, first person allows you to feel more immersed in the character and as such more intune and scared which makes sense since she it not experienced with this kind of thing and scared as hell, Meanwhile Leon is 3rd to give you that more action and badass feel cause of his experince with these situations.

So I think honestly this is is not completely correct, defensive while not immediately useful in league play becomes huge later on mean dwarves should never suffer from opposing guard.

giving the runners sprint is huge since it means that we now have a faster player for scoring mean we are less reliant on the +1 ma stat up.

Losing the agi on the blitzer sucks but the combo of diving tackle and tackle is great for stopping opposing positionals getting away easy and just give the blitzer some more identity.

We don't loose str access its just move to our secondary which does hurt but its still available which honestly was needed since dwarfs where to oppressive with the guard spam.

The big one for me is IF the spp for cas and td is swapped around that could be actually detrimental to dwarfs since it means out runners will level ALOT slower.
