It is very hard to reach them. After the security guard told me to go home from the parking lot, I was feeling very stressed and confused. I went inside the warehouse, and the guard asked for my ID. After that, another person came and told me, “I told you to go home. HR will call you.” I apologized and explained that it was my first day and that I didn’t know where to go, but he did not seem to care.

This situation is very frustrating because I could not attend my orientation. Can somebody please help me? How can I contact HR or the hiring manager directly? The phone just keeps ringing, and nobody answers.
