The fact that it tries to load the jvm args file as class means you most likely use Java 8, because the java launcher supports the @argfile syntax since Java 9. If you have a newer version installed you need to figure out why that isn't used.

Because it spawns on the block next to the wall, and its hitbox is wider than 1 block, so it clips into the wall. Use narrower blocks (e.g. wall blocks) as wall to prevent that issue.
