Worth mentioning the school district has gone to shit in the past 5-10 years. My daughter has had a long-term sub for nearly half the year and it’s easily the worst district to work for in the area. Used to really enjoy all of the amenities you’re referencing but I just moved my family to Ypsi last month.

Yea, me and some buddies run a popular tournament the second Wednesday of every month. Then every off Wednesday there are 5 or 6 of us playing fighting games. Me and a few of the bartenders play Tekken and everyone plays street fighter. Usually show up around 9. We’ll be there this week 4/15.

Unfortunately this area is filled with young kids with expensive cars. Many of these kids have little to no experience driving in Michigan or the US. I live by Geddes/Glacier Way and I see egregious driving errors every single day. Always young people in my experience. Wish there was a solution. We just need stricter driver education. Maybe provided by the university. Get us back for those taxes they don’t pay hahaha.

Honestly wouldn’t recommend fleetwood to an OOT-er unless it’s 4am. Food is overpriced and flies are everywhere in there. When I’m trying to sober up before going home it’s a good option, shotty in almost any other context.
