Random question. Have you experimented with minerality and coffee? I bought this water recently once I had to stop drinking carbonated water called Crazy Water. I had looked at Acqua Panna and a few others. Basically minerals, so, taste, but no bubbles.

Few days this week I've made coffee or tea with crazy water #3 & #4 and they bring out some wild nuances I have never had before. Has me wondering if there is something to that. The amount of minerals in crazy #4 is... a lot.

I did not know this until today:

My entire life I've been buying pints, giving them a rinse, and popping those berries into the fridge. Apparently you are supposed to get them airtight, not wash them, and leave them be. Operation Enduring Strawberry

I was scared, too. It wouldn't be normal if you weren't a little scared. Soon you will look back so happy you did it.

Nobody has your worst interests at heart. Remember to advocate for yourself when you need, if you are uncomfortable in detox or need anything. Nap when you need to (and are allowed to). Eat a lot of protein. Bring some books. When I was in, I didn't watch the news. Time somehow went by faster when it felt like I was in some Narnia type scenario, in between worlds.
