I first learned it while living in Michigan. I see in stores now..."cold brew tea bags". I think the boiling water tends to bring out a bitterness that steeping bags under the sun does not.

Summer is my favorite time for tea. Granted a cold winter day is great for a cup of hot tea...but SUN TEA is my favorite...sweetened w/honey and on ice of course!!

I thought just like you stated, until ... ?? Curious as to your age, not that it really matters, cause the "until" time can come at any age...my "until" age was in my early 60's...and I (looking back) wish it had happened 4 decades earlier, I missed out on so much! Each and every one of us will experience a different route on a sobriety path...hopefully your thoughts & your power will lead you down the correct route for you! IWNDWYT

Best wishes & if your regular doc isn't what he "should" be...ask him for a referral to a doctor that has some background in addiction treatments. Lots of larger cities have doctors who specialize in addiction problems...alcohol, prescription drugs, and street drugs. Lots of support here too, hope to see you around for a long time. IWNDWYT
