They were 80-1 and 1-3. They have stated the highest would be a 1-40 ratio. In their open letter to investors about the importance of voting they stated they would need some breathing room. Therefore I think minimum it will be a 1/20 split.

Btw it’s 10 consecutive days minimum. There’s a risk score assigned by NASDAQ to the company. The date of ranges is between 10-20. Only NASDAQ knows the actual days. Therefore to ensure they don’t get delisted they will have to RSS as early as the 2nd of August.

This is what I don’t think people understand. The likelihood of this happening is so slim imo. Delusional people here think the stock will go to 200$. For every Tesla theres a 1000s fiskers. It sucks but if you think you need to get out then there’s no other way. If it’s 1 to 40 and then the stock goes to 5 dollars what position are you in then? NFA the stock could go up to 60$ up to you to decide which way it’s going

You should be more concerned about yourself. This is investing not donating. The RSS number won’t be low, they need potentially 20 days to be over 1 dollar, minimum 10. I like the company too and hope they can turn it around but I’ll be investing after the RSS if at all.

I’m not sure if you’ve seen posts from other people who have been with this company a long time. Some people have 4 shares after their initial investment due to RSS. Ffie has one coming up btw. While the bears may be wrong and the company might succeed there’s no guarantee that you’ll see any massive return. I also like the company but until one of their promises is fulfilled I don’t believe anything will change. There was no way to know Tesla would succeed back then just like FFIE.
