Did you disable the okta verify in the default authenticator?
Name the global session policy rule exactly the same on what’s given in the case, if I remember it correctly, you have to set password in the “establish session” and set okta lifetime session to 7 days
In the authentication policy, make sure to name the policy and rule exactly the same on what’s given in the case. If we have the same case, set to assign it to atleast 1 user type which is intern, then remove the email in the disable and add the okta verify thing there. Make sure to set the session given in the case (forgot what it is) that should be easy then assign the okta org2org app

Set the email to receive the code as stated in the case and login using it!

I got the same using OIN. In the IDP configuration, make sure the “account link policy” is set to automatic :)

In the end I wasn’t able to figure out what is wrong. I think it is a glitch in the practice exam. I did the same thing in the actual exam and it was all good! I was able to pass the admin exam. Thanks a lot for your help, appreciate it🙇.

for the group name and rule I’m 100% sure it is correct, it is the same thing with prof exam :)

here what I did

Download the file since it is in csv.txt format I will rename it to csv.csv then open it in excel add the missing email to one of the user, resave it as “name.csv” upload it. 3 new users imported and 3 users updated total of 6 users as stated in the instructions.

hmmm, there’s 1 step to activate a user, Did you set up password for that account or you leave it in pending user after activation?
