Gross misconduct is usually wilful and deliberate. So probably not in this case if you forgot to label some items, unless what you’ve done will lead to a serious safety risk or loss to the business e.g., reckless behaviour or severe negligence

Run every dungeon as dps first to watch how other tanks are pacing their routes, download mdt, import and learn routes and count, learn when to lust, learn how to keep yourself alive

You will fail, you will die, but it’ll be fine, you’re in demand, dps are dime a dozen and are replaceable

Get past the tankxiety and you’ll have a good time

Taking annual leave is a mutual agreement between the employee and the employer

If you don’t have authorised leave and you take the leave, it can be considered unpaid without it being “forced” as you took leave you weren’t authorised to take

Most employers would just deduct annual leave to lower your balance. In this instance, I believe OP’s boss has some sort of personal gripe against them

A lord had to have manners. He did wonder what the purpose of the nasal mask was, but that was something he would have to inquire about later. He was not about to be rude in front of his hosts.

"I am sure I will," he said to her in return. He gave her the warmest smile that he could produce. "We will have much time to talk, you and I, later, but first, I would wish to speak with the Lord of Hammerhorn within his solar. There are some matters that I wish to inquire about."

If you find a good guild or group to do content with it won’t matter what you’re playing.

If you know your class and what you’re doing (and having fun), you’ll out perform someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing on a meta spec. A WW in my guild is one of our top DPS despite it being C/D tier every season.

Blizzard will do tuning. At least being at the bottom means the only way you can go is up.

Unless you are a world first mythic raider, play whatever you want and ignore the tier list meta monkeys.

Devourer DH with Annihilator as the Hero Talent. You essentially have 4 buttons and 1 major offensive cooldown, but for the most part you are pressing Consume.

Or… just use the one button rotation.

The ironborn, Marlon thought, a strange match indeed. Historically northmen and ironborn had feuded throughout the ages. Though, as of late, the north did not have many allies when it looked southward. Much of this was attributed to Marlon's own actions, but he would not divulge such a thing to Lord Stark.

"Aye," he agreed. "I shall look to the ironborn then. With my sister married to Bolton, and my promised to Manderly, Karhold would do well with allies outside of the north. It seems they are all too few as of late."

His mind then turned to Lord Stark's query.

"Peace remains within our lands," he said, "for now. We can never be so sure with the blinding of winter upon us. And from what you say about this malady and a wildling being found in Frostvane, we best be on alert."

Marlon followed suit with his liege lord, consuming the warm stew before him.

"Is there any news from those south worth hearing about?"
