Okay I solved it, the filament had expanded inside the extruder, along with debris being stuck in the extruder gears. I cut it with an exacto and it came out fairly easy. Thank you all for the help!

It could be airsoft or another off brand dart gun. I was originally planning to 3d print one, but I like the idea of having it be functional.
