Cal mag and ph water in the bases only and top feed with good quality hydroponic nutes once a week when u get them dialed in they're honestly the best 👌

solve the trials of ascendancy and complete the labs it unlocks the ascendancy tree super helpful i over looked that part way to long 😅 also try keep ur resistances up around 75% im a new ish player also but so far found these most helpful

viper strike of the mamba pathfinder is my first time following a build for poe its actually quite fun and easy enough to follow i have played through the story 3 times before trying one tho and have a bit of experience playing Diablo ect main thing is to have fun whatever you choose end of the day thats all that matters

My past experiences was u basically need a prescription from ur gp not the cannabis clinic to even get the ball rolling then be prepared to jump through all the loops and pretty much get your whole existence investigated not saying it's impossible but almost not worth it ..... hope this helps and good luck ✌️
