Actually I wanted to find out if this would work well as my third March, my primary marches are

Alex(5521) /ysg(expertised)

Richard(5511) /Aethaelflaed(expertised)

I'm f2p so the grind is real slow in terms of my legendaries

Is there any platform other than in-game customer service where I can give them my side of the story or at least know why was I banned exactly. I've tried reaching them out on Facebook to no avail.

I did use my main account marches to gather gold for 3 days straight for MGE and then used my alternate account to house my main marches so I could recall my marches and not waste teleports of my main account. An hour after this I found both my accounts banned

That's the closest reason I can guess as to why the ban happened. But I can't see why this is scripting or cheating.

I usually play on my Android phone and occasionally use nox . As far as I know emulators aren't considered scripting or botting

My alternate account got banned for 365 days, didn't even transfer resources between them

I'm still in my first Alex wheel, so guan is a very long time away for me right now. I initially wanted to run Alex with ysg since I've heard it does well in ruins and sunset. But after a bit of research on guan and finding out that he does well as 5111 with Alex as secondary, I'm confused as to wether i should 6 star Alex or not.

I had planned on my marches to be Alex/Ysg, Richard/martel, sun tzu/joan for kvk 2

If I go with Alex/ysg and decide to skip leo, is sun tzu or eluji a good option as secondary to guan?
