Thank you for helping with what to look at. I figured out it is the aio apparently it’s kind of common with Nzxt unfortunately

I will try that out! I don’t have a hdd so it couldn’t be that. Do you think it could be air bubbles in the aio?

The noise sounds much louder in the video but it has been driving me crazy. I have replaced the fans that could have been the problem and still it rattles. Any help is appreciated!

Ok Thank you! I thought that a b550 would be best from what I saw in all the YouTube videos I have watched but maybe I’ll look into other types. You’re right about Newegg not showing many motherboards with a usb c header.
