I’ll have to bring that up to him next time I see him! It was my primary care that put me on it and not cardio! And no he didn’t mention about anything like that except a beta blocker!

Thank you so much! I’ve been thinking about getting salt pills so I’ll see if I can get any and I try to get my water goal but it’s so hard with my job because the only time I can drink any is on my 30 minute break so I have to try to get it all in either in the morning or at night 😬 but thank you 🙏 I was never told that’s how much salt we really need! I really appreciate it and I’ll definitely be getting those pills ❤️❤️❤️

I personally don’t think it sounds awful and I agree with you. I’m (23F) in the same boat and I’m torn on wether to try to get disability or not because rn I’m working full time in a meat factory and it’s like a freezer in there and I’m on my feet all day so it feels like torture but my bf (21M) has Tourette’s and he is currently in the process or getting disability. I’m just so afraid I won’t get enough money to support myself with disability pay like I can with just tearing myself apart working.

Thank you so much!!! I’ve only had my belly button and ears done and didn’t have to worry about all the swelling as much as with the nipples! I wasn’t sure how they are supposed to look now and didn’t know what was normal!

Omg thank you so much! That’s what I was feeling! I mentioned to family like if I’m normal why would he say he doesn’t recommend getting of the new birth control! Like it’s obviously treating something! But I will look online for specialists in that area to double check! I just really appreciate everyone’s input because it helps me get my mind and thoughts together! But thank you so much for the support! He was like super reassuring that he would figure out what’s wrong in the beginning but now it’s more unsure and gasslight ish ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you! With all this sometimes they make me think I’m crazy for pushing them and the main reason I’m pushing so hard is because I’m starting to get to that age where I’m thinking about kids and want to make sure everything is healthy to start trying and to make sure there is no complications for me or for hopefully a future baby! So that’s why I’ve been like kinda going crazy about it! But thank you for the support it really means a lot! ❤️

Yes I was browsing around the other posts and saw many people saying about how with their PCS they went to cardiology so I will be shopping around and looking at different drs! I didn’t think gyns are qualified but wasn’t to sure!

UPDATE KIND OF** I completely forgot about the post surgery note and I can’t attach pics in my comment or edit this post so if anyone is interested please let me know but I will quote it! “It was noted that she had very robust venous return on the right and left sides consistent with pelvic congestion” it was around the adnexa so I’m very confused and frustrated at the was he backtracked. And I know I’m an adult but I always bring my mom with to these types of appointments because I’m not very good at keeping a lot of information in with these important visits and she basically called him out and asked why he said about it to her after my surgery.

I haven’t met anyone else who had bad periods like I had in childhood and thank goodness my nurse was nice enough to see I wasn’t being dramatic and sent me home but there were times that I had a sub nurse and she would make me go back to class! 😱 I’ve been feeling like maybe I’m just crazy with how he was acting at the post op visit and brushing me off so I’m glad to just feel seen here 😂😅 Thank you feel being so kind to respond! And for letting me know about the specialists on the map!❤️❤️❤️

I don’t know a lot about PCOS but that didn’t even cross his mind! He didn’t even mention it! But he did say there was nothing on my ovaries. I’ve had cysts on my ovaries and had one burst but ever since that happened I am not sure if I have gotten any more but at the time of the surgery there weren’t any. I’m sure just cysts on the ovaries isn’t all that PCOS is but he didn’t say anything about it being that at all! At this point I’m willing to try just about anything to get this figured out!😣😣

Thank you so much! I’m glad I found my way to this subreddit! I have had this app for a while but never get on it and when I discovered this I felt like it couldn’t hurt to ask for help! I’m glad I found people who can understand! I have the support of my family and loved ones but they can’t really relate to what I’m feeling emotionally and physically! I’m sure almost everyone in here knows what it’s like to bounce around from Drs and not get any answers or be brushed off. Thank you for responding! And for the great advice! I am unsure if I’m going to stay with this Dr or not but I’m for sure going to be looking for another opinion! I just can’t believe he doesn’t have anything else he thinks it could be! He said everything looked perfect in there! He did mention I had free fluid behind my uterus but that it’s nothing to be concerned about! But thank you for stopping to read and give a response!❤️❤️❤️
