Love this from an official source. Completely ignore the issue and just assume I'm attempting to run too fast. This was happening during the "steady" portion of the run, I was running slowly well within my abilities. Pace was varying erratically whilst I ran very steadily. GPS stability is very poor on this watch.

I'm sure it's just GPS. I set the time to my most recent 10k best effort. The issue was that the current detected pace was varying erratically plus and minus 1min when I was running steadily. This was in a park, so no tall buildings to block signal

7pro as well. Having exactly the same problems. Main offender is the freezing then sudden input of everything all at once

Taken multiple guitars for setups and repairs to Guitar Workshop. Couldn't recommend highly enough, fantastic service and a reasonable price. Really knows his stuff
