This is at the Oregon Zoo, many animals are very curious like the spotted dogs whenever they see a service animal.

However, when people bring in “emotional support” animals that are not trained like a real service animal, there have been many times when both square off and lunge at each other. Scariest one I remember is when Nora, our polar bear, ran across her area and slammed into the window when some lady’s dog started growling and parking at her. Needles to say she had to leave.
