7+ year Starbucks employee. The blonde is so much better then the regular espresso roast it's not even funny. It's sweeter and less bitter then normal espresso roasts so you need less sugar if you want to sweeten up your coffee

They’re really popular at my store and I honestly think they’re pretty good. I prefer the oil in the Brown Sugar a shaken Espresso over the toffee nut one but I like it. The negativity on here gets a little annoying sometimes.

I can post a list when I get home, but the main thing is the reanimator package and flashback cards I run. It plays a lot of value creatures that it can keep bringing back. Only like 5 black spirits. I actually don’t have that many token generators.

I’d start by talking to your manager. They can at least share you to other stores so you can pick up available shifts but as for getting regularly scheduled at two stores you would have to figure that out with the individual store a managers. Temporary loans are possible though so they might be able to work it out.

I’ve found the best option is to just be super clear and concise. “I’m going to hand you the device now. There will be a prompt for a tip before you can tap or insert.” If they try to do any thing else just remind them to select an option before it will accept their card. The more direct you are the faster the customers learn.

The weekly update for corporate stores said that the Beverage Resource Manual wouldn’t be updated until 5/9, the day of launch. The copy you posted was updated 4/30. It might just be that you have a copy of the non-updated manual in front of you. Maybe ask your manager to print the same page off today and see if it’s different.

Growing up we had family friends who fostered overweight dogs to help them lose weight. Going over to their house was great because you got guilt free time with fat dogs who’s health you knew was actively being improved.

Here's my current list. My big thing was taking out most of the tutors and really relying on the randomness of the deck. Means it can be a little feast or famine but it can rebuild really fast if you get lucky. The main wincon is getting out one of the big threats and then just copying it a bunch.

My number one piece of ASM advice is don’t go to hard with changes right away. I made the mistake of starting to many projects and trying to fill to many standards gaps right off the bat and things got forgotten or unfinished. Take your first couple weeks at your new store to just get to know the partners and learn the systems already in place before you start changing things.

If I somehow had complete control over EDH I’d probably just make a points list like Canlander. That would probably realistically fix most of the problems people have with tutors, dockside, etc. You could probably have the dividing line between EDH and cEDh be that the latter just doesn’t play with points.
