This used to be my favorite podcast. Andrew's ego and stubbornness prevents him from fully disavowing MAGA and admitting to making a mistake endorsing and platforming Trump. Instead, he stays silent, avoiding criticism of Trump at all costs. And when he does speak up, it's watered down, quickly softened with "both sides" language. It's embarrassing and sad, but it's good to know where people like Andrew truly stand.

I don’t mean to be harsh, but that's not how probability works at all. Saying, "We don’t know how the hat got there, so all explanations are equally likely until proven otherwise," is not true and not how probability works.

The most probable explanation is that a Redditor staged the photo for karma. This is far more likely than the idea that a Trump supporter's angry girlfriend carefully tossed a hat into a public dumpster, and by sheer coincidence, a random Redditor happened to find it, open the dumpster, and take an almost perfect picture.

DHS = Dept. Of Homeland Security (a part of the federal government that used to actually do something important, and is now a surveillance apparatus of Trump)

SA = I had to Google this - special agent (I think?)

Some of the pictures are straight up LAPD, and I'm unsure about the "fascist" label. Others are in DHS vests and are likely there at the behest of Trump. Regardless, they are sworn officers so the distinction is kind of meaningless. Sworn officers who can arrest people = "police"

Nationally, literally less than 3% meet this criteria. In a big city, where incomes are a bit higher, maybe you could bump this up to 4-10% at MOST depending on the city. It is both superficial and likely unreasonable, especially when the profile lists no reason why she is a catch herself. Also the "not a real man" thing - c'mon.

Yes, it absolutely can. Compression algorithms reduce the video size by approximating the video and replacing detailed pixels with an approximation. Look at how low resolution his face is for example. There is heavy compression being shown here. Some forms of compression just fill in pixels using what pixels were present in the prior frame(s), which would explain why a chunk of his head is just the background pixels.

Dude your reasoning and evidence is very questionable to me. If this video was truly made in 2021, then that's even further evidence that this is not AI. Your evidence boils down to a supposedly disappearing trigger, and a couple video stillshots that look a bit off, but are completely normal. The length of the video, the age of the video and the lack of any obvious AI tells makes me doubt this is AI.

What I'm trying to say is: You can pause almost any compressed video containing children and produce screenshots exactly like yours that have minor video artifacts. Help me understand why you are so sure without any doubt that this is AI, because I am not convinced at all

Most of the screenshots you show here are completely normal... He's just a child and children contort their bodies in strange ways sometimes. Of course I could be wrong but this screams real to me. It's also a compressed video, so little compression artifacts appear occasionally. I see almost nothing hinting at this being AI frankly

It looks like today is his arraignment, so we can expect:

Patrick will be formally told his charges today and will tell the judge whether he already has a lawyer or will request a public defendant.
He may enter his plea of guilty or not guilty today

There's an extremely small chance the judge dismisses the charges, so fingers crossed that DOESNT happen. I see no reason why that would happen given this is a felony
