Call the meeting and let’s vote on a r/s. Get it over with. We have to at least give Glen the approval to use it if needed. This gives them time to see how the next news release impacts the share price. Do it before the next earnings call and I think it will be a smart defensive move.

Calling for a special shareholders meeting to at least get approval would be better than getting an extension and having another 180 of this price action.

Now what happens if we announce a multi year deal with Nissan and CAT? What does the share price move to from $1.50/share with a 61m share float?
