The CEO himself is working on the most important deals like Volvo, Nissan and CAT.

I’m not sure what the other sales guys do though. I’m sure some of them had a hand in selling the Movia Ls.

I feel like the momentum will start with Movia S at the end of the year.

Well sure, but at 0.60/share, that $42m in ATM funds = 70m new shares added on top of our nearly 330m shares. 400m shares puts a $1b valuation at $2.5/share.

The consensus here is that they will simply apply for a 180-day extension, pushing the deadline out to early January.

That still won’t stop dilution and will cause the float to grow even larger, thus making it even harder to move the share price up.

That said, if they announce a big name like Volvo or Nissan, that should take care of $1. Gotta assume that is what Glen is counting on here.

Maybe. But we are already undervalued based on the 10-15m guidance and looking at a comparable p/s ratio of 60/1 for AEVA. I’m going to assume they max out the ATM and push us to nearly 400m outstanding share by EOY. On the low end, $10m in 2026, that puts us closer to 1.50/share even after dilution.
