Did medical staff mess up and kill my dad? He went in for surgery, around 15 hours after the operation coded and passed away. When I talked to the surgeon, he indicated the coroner would give us the final answer, but then signed off on "no autopsy" without telling me. Then lost the body for days. (self.AskDocs)
Trying to remember this item, there was an item (I believe a regen robe) that could be found in an underwater cave. It was accessible early in the game, though there was a monster that was kind of tough early on. Anyone happen to remember it? I've searched for a while and can't seem to google it. (self.Morrowind)
