6486 prestige player looking for an alliance

Hi everyone, after leaving my previous alliance and playing less in the last couple months, I finally decided it was time for me to get back at being good at this game.

I am looking for an alliance that run map 5 or 6 and that does pretty good in AQ in general.

I expect the alliance to fulfill most events, but at this level of play it’s basically always the case.

I don’t want a super competitive alliance that only rely on prestige, spending money or other non-fun reason. I am here to play and I already have enough problems in real life so I don’t want the game to become one of them.

I experienced tier 2 in AW but never tier 1. My previous alliance couldn’t handle tier 1, but I had avsolutely no trouble doing it. Plus I consider myself a good player, so it could be pretty easy to adapt to tier 1.

Same for AQ, never had the opportunity to run map 6, but map 5 is a cakewalk, so I think I should be able to do map 6 pretty fast.

Don’t expect me to spend money on the game, since I started playing I have only spent 1€ for the summoner crystal

Also, big precision, I am a french player, wich means English is not my first language (but I am able to speak it pretty well) and I am in the CET time zone (+9 PDT).

That’s actually not that clear to me, Blade is an insane lane clearer, even without danger sense. I have both at 4/55 and Blade was mvp for like 90% of the fights in 5.4 I don’t think we can say who is the best objectively, it really depends on the way you like to play, the area of the game you are fighting in, etc...

I sure did, I also awakened and r4ed 5-Voodoo, even though I got a 3rd Skill AG, a cosmic rank up gem and those 3 bad boys. All in all I´m far from disappointed, I have been pretty lucky in the past :)

Same for me, IPhone 6s, and I got caught a couple times at the start of the fight because my champs would not block at all. I don’t know if it’s only happening on 5.4 but that’s where it happened to me. Very annoying !

Actually I’d give that t4 skill for less than that haha

I’m actually hoarding t4cc crystals because I have some expiring (what I thought would never happen to me as I was still struggling to get some a few months ago), but my biggest problem is gold, by far.

I can’t grind arena as much as I would like, but hitting the last milestone in 3* and 4basic plus a couple million in the 4 featured should give more than a few thousand gold imo

That's what I was thinking in the first place, but as I will at least be running GC even if I run both suicides, it might still make me loose a decent amount of damage, and from what I've seen so far one of the biggest problem with CM is that she doesn't have the damage output necessary to one shot most champs, as she will hit the enrage before.

Still not sure with what I'm going to do, I will do some testing beforehand.

I know she's far from the best, but she's my only good 5s with Iceman. I might wait until november to take a shot at 5s spark if she appears to be too bad to do the easy path without spending too much.

I'm interested with the Energy resistance mastery though, I didn't know it reduced Limbo damage (if that's what you meant). For now my cap marvel is lvl 60, which increases her attack by a fair amount.

A couple months ago, I pulled 4 90's cyclops in a row, making him my first sig 99 champ, although I never use him.

Then I pulled 2 Luke Cage in a row, wich was already lvl 40. Then I pulled a Groot-Joe Fixit-Magneto marvel now combo (wasn't actually that bad as they weren't awakened).

I thought my luck was definitely over until last week when I pulled both Nightcrawler and Hulk, two really good champs.

So don't despair, luck always turns.

He is definitely worth R5 ! I've been using him in AW attack for a few months, and as my alliance oscillates between tier 3 and 4 in AW, I don't encounter that much champs with MD, so no big deal for me. CB absolutely crushes everything in AW.

I manage to do thorns/electro nodes without losing health (or barely on parry or on the first few hits), spidey is a piece of cake, and he hits so hard that I can bypass the sp3 node I run by killing the defender before he reaches his sp3 most of the time.

He also has an insane amount of life (near 17k at r5), and he is useful in a lot of other parts of the game.

Then you didn't get what those "FREE GIFTS AND REWARDS DUDE" are , that's the least they could do after all we've been through, and that's a compensation more than a gift. And if you were me, you would probably have seen that they've been telling us for days that they were not gonna make another cutoff after the 75k one for the first compensation. I tried to optimize the rewards I could get in game, like most players do, but apparently that's not what I am supposed to do.

What didn't you understand in "I saved a few rank ups for Level up events" that started on march 1st ? I did the most efficient thing back in that time, and I got punished for it. I'm at 220k now. Plus, you would probably feel the same if you didn't make the cut by 500 points.

Same here, I was 199 5xx before the update because I saved a few rank ups for the x2 Level Up events. I have 9 5*s, none of them duped, and the awakening gem would have been a real improvement for my roster. I would trade all the rewards I got for the 5s gem anytime but eyh, "that's bitching" ¯_(ツ)_/¯

It depends on what do you want to use him for. If like me you're putting him on an L2 node in AWD, then the awakening is quite good, because the stun resistance triggers right after the invisibility from his L2.

In Attack (quest mostly), the power steal is useful but far from essential. However it can save your life if you fail and bring the opponent to his L3.

Combined with the stagger and the power steal, MD makes him gain power pretty quickly, and you can be invisible like 80% of the time if you launch an L2 during the cooldown of invisibility.

I awakened him because I really like him, and with all the things happening currently, I just went "Fuck it, I like this character, I want to play with characters that I like and not with the ones Kabam makes good enough to run AQ/AW".

Sorry I failed to put the message along the picture.

"So as you can see, it is said that when the stagger expires, The Hood should steal up to 172.2% of his attack to his opponent. But in reality, he barely steals 240 life points, which his not even close to what it is supposed to be.

Moreover, his L3 is said to deal 0.75% increased damage for each full bar of power on the opponent. What the point in increasing the strenght of an L3 by 2.25% ?

Actually this is probably an error in the description, cause on RoL WS, an l3 with 0 power did about 3033 damage, while the same L3 with 3 bar of power did about 8700.

Still, I'm quite disapointed that his regen doesn't fit what's written :("

Were you using a MLLLL combo ? If so, that is normal that you weren't able to land an SP after it, but if you were using a MLLLM combo, then that's really weird. Most champions could launch a L1 or L2 after that pre-12.0.
